Getting my gig seen and ordered problem

I don’t seem to be getting my gig any orders or anyone requesting anything. Shall I just wait? I am relatively new so is being patient a good idea due to my position?

Marketing isn’t necessarily about appealing to an existing following – it is on social media. But marketing is, by no means, confined to social media. You need to reach out to your target customers, wherever they can be found. And, more often than not, those customers are going to be people you don’t already know.

Social media can help your gig get some momentum. Try sharing the gig on Twitter, for example, and add the correct hashtags to expose your gig to a new potential group of clients. It won’t hurt.
