I know everything got stuck due to pandemic. Everyone doing work from home. For this situation, Fiverr CS takes a maximum of 10 days for a human reply! I submit a ticket 10 days ago and it 10 days running but still no response from them!
Today I again try to contact them, was it a risky step? Is there any chance to get suspended from Support Center?
I also face same problem, that’s 2 days and 0 answer from them.
2 days is normal while mine is 10 days!
I think, main issue is this virus and this forum visual changes. So they have delay.
