Getting no response from seller support!

I have raised a ticket regarding my issue but haven’t got any response from 4 days now.
usually, I got the reply from the support in max 3 hours.

Is there any other way I can contact the support staff?

We’re in the middle of a global pandemic, and many of Fiverr’s usual CS staff aren’t able to work, busy, or preoccupied with other more pressing matters. Customer Support is busy, and probably understaffed. Please be patient. It will take longer for them to respond. If your ticket is something they can help you with, they will respond when they are able to respond.
