It is not fair at all when a buyer accept your order and verify it as completed and then he file a case of his money being returned and you as the customer support do not inquire from the seller. The seller has a right t be paid for her/ his work and when you cancel the order after the buyer has downloaded it is just not fair. The buyer has benefited but the seller has endured a lose of time& resources
Sorry, I disagree.
In some cases, as a buyer, I am unable to see all the work done until days later; or, the seller’s work gets deleted (for example, a vimmeo upload.)
