I am ZeeRose Graphic Designer…from a few days i am daily getting out dated buyers requests.I am Seller of “level one” and getting problems to achieve “level two” because i can’t send offers so what should i do can some one Suggest me something or guide me…I don’t know what is it???..Is it spam or bugs ???
