Gig account assistance

Hi , I submitted my customer’s order yesterday (4/5/16)and now the system generated an email to me stating I was late. I requested the Customer to rate me and he /she said that FIVERR has said it was late and it wasn’t. The customer says he can’t give a rating because it was closed for him to do that.

There is another concern… another customer paid $5 for a quick audition (which I provided) and he then requested I do it again in a way I didn’t feel comfortable in doing so I declined his offer and left it. The system says I was late. I never accepted to do it. My error is that I didn’t “cancel the order”. Again the system say I was late.

Please advise!!! Please HELP!!
