Gig cancelled by seller?

I ordered a gig for logo design. The seller provided me with a couple concepts but I then asked them for revisions (which were included). They have requested to cancel the order because they say they dont have enough time to complete it.

Am I right to assume that cancelling the order will refund my money? Or would I not get a refund because they are basically disputing my request for a revision?

Your money will be refunded when you cancel order.

but it wont be refunded to your paypal or your credit but it will be refunded as a shopping balance on fiverr…
