I have a gig I bought and it was late; earlier today it was put into complete status with the message "working on now " there has been nothing done yet and now it appears the seller has deactivated their profile. What are the next steps to get my $ back? Since services bought were not delivered.
I would contact Customer Support, they should be able to help you out.
First of all hit the Request modification button, so the order will come back to live status and clock will tick for seller.
Next write the seller and remember him that delivering empty gigs is against Fiverr rules and he could be fined for this.
Finally, if the order is really late you can decide to cancel the order: money will be returned to your account and you could use it to order another gig.
Much appreciated! I decided to hit the cancel gig button under resolution since his setting are now not allowing me to message him, it’s really unfortunate this gig went so poorly.
