Gig Extras Disabled?


Hey guys I am a level 1 seller and noticed today on one of my gigs the gig extras have been disabled. When I go to the edit gig page I see “Gig Extras and Multiple orders are disabled due to this gig’s low rating” at the top. I have 100% good feedback on all my gigs including this one, zero negative feedback, so I have no idea how this happened. I tried to contact support but haven’t heard anything back yet, I don’t know if its just a glitch in the system or what. Anybody else having this problem or know how I can fix it? Thanks.


Yes send a ticket to CS and they should be able to get you squared away or at the least explain what is going on.
