GIG is missing from mobile App

Hi can anyone help me in this case

I’m not able to see my Active GIG on my mobile Application.
But in laptop in GIG section I will see my both GIG are active.

Whenever I try to send BR from Mobile application
It notifies me you don’t have an active GIG.
Already in touch with Support team of Fiverr.

I am not able to send any BR from the mobile app.
Please help.

Yes they said they are working on this.
They said it’s a unique issue that I am facing.
They are not sure about it’s a Widespread issue.

Let see what going to happen.

I am facing this problem. I have 3 categories gig but problem with only data entry related gig. I have 2 data entry gig and do not get any buyer request from data entry. But I get buyer request from another category. Did you found same thing as like me? Please let me know and If you get solutions please also know. Thank you
