Gig Packages Not Working For Me

I tried to create a gig packages and set up all 3 options and completed filled out the form. When I click the Save button, it reverts back to a single package and my work is lost. Is this happening to anyone else. I tried on both Firefox and Chrome.

Of course I did and they tell me there is no problem.

Yes It happened with me too once or twice . Try it again and it will be good .
