Gig ranked low after incomplete order

Hello.
Yesterday I had my gig rank very high in the search result, after I received an order of a person that told me he is going to provide me the requirements later on (the countdown hasn’t started and he placed the order), my gig started to rank really low, I’m sure if it’s because of the “incomplete” order, but I am still waiting for the buyer to reply me…
Has anybody experienced this before?
