You don’t have to upload a video unless it’s in category where it’s mandatory (eg. video & animation). There’s probably other ways to boost a gig.

Can I put multiple categories gig same time from one account?

Yes. You can have a gig in 1 category and another gig in a different category with the same account. One gig can only be in 1 category at any one time.
