I have uploaded a video on my gig, and i tried to change the gig thumbnails according to “SET PREVIEW” way. But it doesnt change. I have talked with fiverr but they have answered me to wait.

Any one here were able to change gig video thumbnail? or is there any way to change gig thumbnail without the help from fiverr?
