Gig video won't upload

My bad if this is in the wrong category, I never really use forums.
So I started a gig a while ago and uploaded the video to it, I figured I’d wait till the video is uploaded then I’d make the gig public, I gave it a week or so and it still wasn’t uploaded so I was confused, then I figured oh I guess it won’t upload unless the gig’s public? So I made my gig public and added a picture to at least garner some attention, now it’s been I’d say a month or so and it’s still not uploaded, I eventually deleted it and uploaded it again thinking maybe it bugged out but no success, it says

I apologize if I’m being stupid here, maybe I broke a rule or it’s just a bad video, I’m not sure.
A few things to note: the video size is 45 MB, 35 seconds long.

Try re-uploading it. That’s what I did when it happened to me, and the video got approved shortly after that. I think it’s a bug.

Hey, thanks for your reply, I’ve done that again and it actually worked this time! I have no clue why it didn’t work the other times I tried that but now it has worked.
