Hi, i want to ask a question about this issue if anyone has faced this issue or what is the solution?

My gig was promoting fine before i had a bad client and i got a warning. My gig stops promoting and i got notified and a small icon appears under the gig on promotion page. Now after 30 days the icon changed to Promoted again in green. I am all set but still no new customers through promotion. Why is that ? Previously it was working fine and i was getting new customers through promotion but now nothing …
