GIGS DENIED- Fiverr says I need to restrict my Account for Gigs to reappear, How does one do that?

Hey gang, new here. Recently, owing to several attempts to choose an appropriate withdrawal method, Fiverr denied my Gigs. I contacted CS and explained, they told me that I should ‘restrict’ my account for the Gigs to reappear. What is that really? Is that selecting a Security Question?

Not sure, could they have meant they were restricting your account? It’s no longer visible, so it could mean they’ve restricted it?
