I think it’s a good idea to get reviews in private which go to fiverr staff and I also would love to know what people are saying about me. It would be anonymous as to which of my clients said each thing but this would let me know if there is room for improvements.
Now that they have that new feedback that goes to staff, I am hoping they are collecting the results to be useful later. I see that one thing you can do as a buyer is to say how the seller could approve. I would love to see a way that Fiverr could send us a notice once in awhile with some anonymous info about what our buyers would like us to do.
As a buyer, I think it’s awesome to give the seller 5 stars but to offer suggestions for improvement on the down low. I am loathe to give a lesser review or say anything public. I may leave no review if the delivery is “as described” but poor quality. The feedback needs to be used, though, so I’m in agreement with you.
I wonder if one bad private review is enough to make a seller’s gigs go down in impressions.
I like this idea, but I fear the “anonymous” part may be the problem and reason why it´s not done, if you get lots of reviews each day, it may be somewhat anonymous, else not so much.
I think it would be a good idea but on the contrary, it has a negative effect as well such as bad buyers deliberately damaging the reputation of sellers.
