Could someone tell me how to give a buyer a refund on their completed gig, please? Thank you.
As in fully completed? They have marked it complete? If so, only way is directly through customer service (as far as I am aware) if they haven’t marked it as complete then you can do a mutual cancellation. If they have left feedback on a completed gig then fiverr is unlikely to provide them with a refund.
Thank you for answering. No, they didn’t leave feedback…but, they did get their work done for free and their money back off of a bogus complaint. I did learn a really good lesson, though.
