Its not as easy as you think. You need to active & increase you impressions. Also take some job & reviews.

That is untrue. Being top rated has nothing to do with yor gig placement. But gig rankings do change all the time, but not dramatically. Like from page 9 to page 7 and then page 10 again and so on, at least from my experience when monitoring gig placements in the last 11 months or so.
