Got a TOS tonight. What to do kindly share your valuable experience

When I published my Gig it says congratulates to me, after 1 hour it says TOS warning and for the next, you will be blocked
I created the Gig about Restore images in the Web Design niche.

It also says"

NOT AN ORIGINAL IMAGE OR DESIGN (DESIGNERS)"

What is the solution and how much time Fiverr take to remove this TOS?

Well, it seems you took someone else’s image and said it was your own, or so it feels based on what you attached there.

Anyway, the TOS warnings can be permanent, some tend to go away after a while. It’s better to not have them instead of worrying how much does it take for them to go away. Read the Terms of Service.
