Did anyone else receive this invite? ☎️

Wowzers! 😲

While surfing through my email inbox… I found this invitation. I’ll definitely set aside some time on my 📅 It’s a GREAT opportunity to share my thoughts & stuff that’s bugging me and how certain features would make my Fiverr life better.:ok_hand:t4:

I woke up this moring thinking that the reason they are calling you, Nika, is because you have the “voice.” Hey, maybe they will use it in a promo or something. 😁

So when exactly is this phone call going to take place?
I’m sure a lot of people would want you to mention the blind review problem, but personally my thing with Fiverr is the cancellation rate going down even when it is not the seller’s fault.
If you can somehow squeeeeeeeeze that into the phone call that would be great, if you have enough time! 😉

I wonder how Fiverr chose who to send this message to.
I’m not feeling left out or anything for not getting this, but I am curious. :thinking:

(Speaking of messages, I got the usual one-word message, but this time is was not
Hi or Hello, it was “He.”
I’m guessing it’s supposed to be “Hey” …?)

but personally my thing with Fiverr is the cancellation rate going down even when it is not the seller’s fault.

But when the cancellation rate goes down it means the seller is completing a higher percentage of orders than they previously did (based on the last 60 days) and having a lower percentage of cancellations, so the cancellation rate going down is a good thing and will help a seller stay on their level or advance to a higher level if the cancellation rate stays low enough (<=10%), assuming all the other stats are okay.

Well, I sent them the dates and time that I’m avail. The one on one chats will be conducted starting this week. The cancellation is at the top of my list, especially the “order placed by mistake” peeps. So, I’ll talk about that first.😄

I just wanted to give a quick update.


So, today I had a lovely ☎️ chat with not one but two Fiverr Staff Members.

  • Product Guy
  • Voice of Customer Specialist

Very friendly people. Very Professional, and funny too. 😄

They listened.

They understand.

They asked for my feedback on certain things etc. Can’t spill too much of the beans.

We chatted for a little over 30 mins or so.


Straight off the bat… There are BIG changes coming to the VO category. 🎉

@zeus777 re: Cancellation, they are VERY aware of the cancellation policy and how it affects its Sellers. I expressed my concerns about this candidly. The feedback I received was great, I can tell you Fiverr is not oblivious to this issue. No idea when they will make the necessary changes!

@psychicbunny re: Feedback Modification form!

This feature was removed due to abuse by users. 😣

However, I shared some positives as to why they shouldn’t totally give up on it. 😁 They took my ideas into consideration.

The Product Guy did say there was a possibility of it coming back with (tweaks).

No promises tho!

Another thing that I talked about with the Product Guy.

People flagging for fun or out of spite.

Do Not Do It.

Fiverr analyzes each report and action taken are NEVER automatic.

So, be very careful when you click on the report button. You can land in a 🔥

Fiverr take bans and flags seriously, they don’t take action for fun, there is ALWAYS a reason. They didn’t go into specifics details on how these decisions are made. However, I was assured that each decision is handled carefully.


Overall the conversation went superbly, we laughed talked about serious stuff. They really listened to everything that I had to say and understood where I was coming from. They are working on some FABULOUS stuff. They left it opened to where I can reach out to them anytime; if I wanted to talk about anything that’s bugging me.


Well, that’s all, for now, my 🧠 brain is fried.
