Got flagged thanks to customer support

This customer wanted to cancel the order

So I contacted CS, Auto reply said they’ll solve with in 2 days, Nothing happened even after 2 weeks. Then 6 days ago, someone replied, (saying ‘we can cancel the order’). But unfortunately, due to a personal / covid issues, I was unable to log last week. Today I recieved an email saying my account was flagged. (most likely customer may thinks I’m cheating)

Are there any solutions now? Cuz I’m pretty sure this will affect my gig ranking / popularity etc.

I didn’t violate any rule. Customer assumed I’m cheating because of the delay.

I think what @lloydsolutions is referring to is that warnings stay on your account forever. There is nothing you can do to remove them.
