Got my first negative rating

I have delivered many gig’s on fiverr and feeling happy that fiverr made my best way to earn money. But recently i made a mistake in delivering a gig, actually i will recheck the order before delivering but i didn’t cross check the order and the buyer directly posted a negative review, which made my rating 98% now. I contacted the buyer and posted him the corrected order and he’s not responding to re-correct his feedback. The buyer is not responding though i’m contacting him regularly with messages.

I can’t say its the mistake of buyer, but he should have messaged me about the problem before submitting the review.

If buyer didn’t accept cancellation he have to contact cs…

send him a mutual cancellation request…

If he accept it, ne… feedback will automaticaly remove…

but if buyer did’t accept it, the order will auto cancel after 2 days…

Don’t let auto cancel… :ar!
