Today something really unfair happened to my gig.
One buyer wasn’t aware of the 3 days approval policy after inactivity and thought I did something. He obviously got mad at me and left a negative feedback asking for the refund. I contacted the customer support to cancel the order as the order was already marked as completed .
Now that the order is cancelled , I lost the order, the buyer got his money back and I am left with a negative review. which was not at all due to my mistake.
I don’t think this is fair at all. Does any one else had a similar incident ? If yes what did you do ? Move on?
