Got negative review after buyer satisfaction


Buyer was happy when i delivered to her. But in terms of review she gives negative rating and don’t want to negotiate that result. She has no question about the design.

Since the new blind review system went into effect, neither the buyer or the seller can request CS to have a review changed. They can be changed/deleted in sporadic cases such as if the buyer was abusive to the seller.


Can we ask for the modification or not ?


It is best not to ask for a modification. I have read that sellers have gotten in trouble with CS for this. Especially if your buyer does not like you asking and reports you! :scream:

Besides, it does no good to ask because with the new ruling CS will not change it anyway. :roll_eyes:
