I ordered a virtual assistant gig from ***** and before I did that, I messaged him and discussed with him the details of the job. He agreed, said he can do it and asked me to order. So I ordered and then he come back to me and say he don"t understand what I said, so he can’t deliver. But instead of cancelling the order, he simply marked “order complete” instead and refused all my cancellation request. How do I deal with this situation?
Contact support.fiverr.com and you’ll get your money back, especially if he didn’t deliver anything. Sorted!

I am really sorry about what happened to you. My advise would be contact the Customer Support as soon as possible.
