Hi Every one here,



This is my 1st post,

My name is Jahangir and I’m graphic designer, I’m working on fiverr last 5 months,



I got a order some days ago, I complete the order and then my buyer request for modification, I did it and again re-deliver the order, my buyer again request for modification saying that their company now decided that the logo should be very simple and their is no need of any image/object/icon in the logo, I again did and made 2 versions this time,

after 3 days the order mark as completed according to fiverr rules, now my buyer send me a message that their is no button of modification and I want to modify my logo again otherwise refund my amount,



I have sent the message that I’m always here for your help and work till your 100% satisfaction,



Friends I have some Questions in my Mind???

If any one have answer then must reply,



1- My buyer told me that there is no button for modification then I wanted to know can my buyer rate me negative on this stage?even the order is completed by the fiverr.com?

2- Should I refund the amount or not?
