ak_designer Posted November 11, 2013 Share Posted November 11, 2013 hi 2 days before i had a negative review from a buyer i inbox him to if he wants to cancel the order but no response i think the buyer is inactive now not using his account can you please tell me that if i purposed cancellation system will automatically cancel the order in 2 days will it remove the negative review also?
