Had100% positive rating, but cannot send offers

every time when I tried to send offers on buyer request, it always show “you must have atleast 90% positive rating”

4.3 stars comes out to about 86%. Bring in a few more orders with high (5 star) ratings and you’ll be back to above 90% in no time.

ok,i see, i think the green bar was 100% postive rating
