I’m still figuring out if there’s any explanations or things we could do to remedy the situation. Next step would be to compare if there’s any similarities in the “Active orders” or “Awaiting response”, if using Dashboard to view orders.

Do you have any orders there? Where the buyer never submitted order details after placing the order. 😱

Why I’m curious is because as soon as 3 of such orders were cancelled, I got 2 new orders shortly after, from new people. Probably a coincidence, but it doesn’t hurt to verify all possibilities.

If enough people tell if they have any such orders, we could check if there could be any link. Or if you believe something else might be causing a last page position and want to hear about other people’s stats, feel free to ask! 👍

Fiverr is just rotating gigs, there are way too many due to the pandemic.
