Hashtags during Social shares

Hi all, I am a new seller. Just got my first order last night. I was not getting much buyer requests and still the number is very few. At the moment as a newbie, how should I approach about buyer requests ?
And another question I have is that when sharing our gigs in social accounts, Does giving relevant hashtags have any effect? Does that help the posts reach a wider audiences for social mediums like LinkedIn, Twitter and facebook ?
Would be really eager about what the pros have to say.
