yup madmoo is right you should talk to your customer or you can do manual cancelation

NEVER EVER TRY TO DO FORCE CANCELATION IT WILL GIVE YOU A NEGATIVE RATING SO AVOID IT…

but if fall in an emergency then you should do FORCE CANCELATION

but also try to avoid it and try finding out new way
