I start to work on my new order 4 days ago. Two days after starting work, my physical condition is deteriorating. At present, I admit to hospital. In this situation, It will not be possible to complete my running order. I have already explained my condition to my client. The client wants to cancel order and already send me an order dispute request. What should I do so that my order completion rate not go down? If I accept the cancellation order dispute request, have any chance to go down my order completion rate?
