Have you thought about adding Suport for those who have questions or problems?

I’ve searched all over and all I get is going round and round in circles I assume that Fiverr no long has a Support? All they have is videos and articles? Which don’t address my problem.

I have a $15 credit which should have been applied to my recent order but wasn’t. So does this mean I lost my $15? Or does Fiverr have their real support, some place where no one can find it?

Actually, there is a link to Customer Support at the top of every forum page and the bottom of every Fiverr page. There is also a hyperlink in this message. You need to click on “Submit a request” at the top right of the screen, sign in with credentials different from your login, and post your question. Hope this helps. :slight_smile:

Reply to @kjblynx: Yes! You have to then click on “Still can’t find an answer” and then go through all of those very non-intuitive steps. Why Fiverr makes it so hard to get into contact with them, especially since there is no live contact, is anyone’s guess. :frowning:
