Have your revenues not appeared when Fiverr claims they have been paid?

Recently 3 gigs have supposedly cleared in my account- two of them say revenue for order completion- and one says funds cleared but only 4 dollars have appeared in my account. Should be 12. I’ve got a ticket open on this but I’m curious to know if anybody has had something similar happen? I think it’s bad enough that we have to wait as long as we do but when the bar is finally filled up and the money still doesn’t appear that is worrying.
