Having an issue for completing order

hello, i am a graphic designer, i draw portrait, avatar etc. few minutes ago a buyer ordered to draw a picture but he did not attach any reference picture. he is now in offline. the order is ticking in my queue. at this moment how i will solve this issue. need suggestion.

You’re going to have to do two things…

1.) Ask the buyer for the photo that you need.

2.) Be patient and let him provide what you need when he is online again.
