Having Inbox issues

Logged in today and my inbox messages, notifications and favorites have all disappeared - is Fiverr experiencing problems at the moment?

refresh the browser and check again otherwise contact fiver customer support

Also, why so many hoops to jump through when trying to contact Customer Support, surely a “one click” link would be great (and easier), seems they want our cash but don’t want to speak to us

Well they want the process as easy as possible but they also want your request to go to the appropriate support managers. If it was a simple form, support wouldn’t have a way of categorizing the requests :slight_smile:
