Having problem to adding Bank information for withdrawal

My friends have a problem. When he going to add withdrawal source, Fiverr ask mobile verification. They sending code to his mobile phone. He providing the right code. But it says “Wrong code” Several times he tried. But the problem is the same. He emails to support. Support saying they resolved the issue and told him to try again. But the result is the same.

What can he do now? It’s happening from last 1 month (several times whenever he tried)

I’m not sure if this might work. Go to Settings -> Security then disable TWO FACTOR AUTHENTICATION. Then add your withdrawal source. Try it please and let me know if it worked.

There’s a common mistake that many users make, and that is to type the numbers from the numpad instead of the numbers above the keyboard.

If that’s what your friend is doing, tell him to type the code by using the number keys above the keyboard.

We tried even use oon screen keyboards. But the result is same! :’(
