I need help with some issues. The thing is buyer order a gig and he didn’t provide all the necessary information and I asked him many times to provide all the information to start the work he haven’t provide me all the info. Now he is telling he is doing that work by his own and he want’s me to cancel the order. What should I do now?

if the customer asking to cancel the order … you have to cancel it only.
Other wise any how the customer will not accept the delivery.
