Hello! A little help with figuring out why it says I'm not online, please?

Hi everyone! It is very nice to meet you all 🙂 I’m new on fiverr (signed up last night). I tried to search for my gig, but it doesn’t show that I am online in the searches. I am a bit confused because I checked my settings on both my computer and phone, and I’m online. How do I change this so that it shows I am online in the searches? Does it take time? Thanks a lot!

It can take up to 48 hours for your gig to show up in the search results, but it usually takes less than that. If it isn’t up after 2 days, send a message to Customer Service and they’ll take care of it.
