Fiverr Forum

Hello all ~ A quick introduction

Hello! I’m new here, just joined yesterday! My name is Charli and I’m a voice actress specializing in character work. ^^

I hope to be successful here! [Or at least somewhat]
Tips and tricks appreciated!

Dear Charli:

I took a quick look at your profile:

Your profile image: I suggest you go for a straight ahead photo of you. Go for work portfolio rather than magazine pose. As is, your photo is too close to your head. Many people who look at your profile image will doubt that you appear in it. The way the video image is cropped for your gig looks awkward on your profile page. You can solve this by doing the video differently:

Your log line: I suggest you take “crazed” out.
Your profile text: Perhaps you could talk more about your range and how you’re here to help the Buyer. Plan to finetune everything over time.
All your gigs should have video, 3 images, 2 pdfs, and so on…

Make a video of yourself talking to the camera, because this approach garners IMMEDIATE RESULTS. Again, the static photo you have in your video may leave doubt in the Buyer’s mind that you appear in the video. Your goal should be for the Buyer to feel they know, like and trust you… Look here for examples of Buyers who have been burned by fake pictures of young blonds to see the issue you face…

Good luck,
