Hello, I'm new here and I am having some issues with my gig and rating

Hello everyone.
I’m new on fiverr and I just completed an order with a buyer who rated my gig. But for the past eight days, I haven’t been notified by Fiverr to rate the buyer in return and neither has her review affected my gig. Please what’s going on?
