Hello, I'm new here and I'm having a problem with my new gig with rating

Hello everyone.
I’m new on fiverr and I just completed an order with a buyer who rated my gig. But for the past eight days, I haven’t been notified by Fiverr to rate the buyer in return and neither has her review affected my gig. Please what’s going on?

This is correct. As a seller you will not be prompted to leave a review.

You can choose to respond to a buyer’s review, although in practice you will find that most sellers don’t - unless it is a particularly scathing or praiseworthy review.

Actually, what I meant was; the buyer showed me the screenshot of the rating but I haven’t been notified by Fiverr that the buyer left a review.

I can’t explain why you’re having this issue, although I will say that you and your buyer should not be discussing feedback. If you read the forums, a lot of sellers have received account warnings for doing so. Three account warnings and you are likely to be suspended from the platform.
