Pic attached. This person joined in July 2020. I’m like 99% convinced its a scam but idk what his angle will be. Will they try to make me pay for equipment? Thanks

Absolutely a scam, Fiverr isn’t designed to be used in such a way. Here on Fiverr, a buyer pays you to deliver a “service”.
