Help - about a buyer refuse to cancle

I have a buyer that payed only 5$ for a detailed illustration work., on which i ask 15-25$
I asked him to add 5$ (which is realy cheap) because he said he has a low budget…

He ignored it by saying: " do it, it is fiverr anyway… When will it be ready?" etc.

I sent already maybe 4 cancellations to him, but he keep decline them!!
I never had someone like that!

I don’t know what to do…!
Fiverr system don’t alow me to cancel and refund "at the moment"
Is there a direct mail to get fiverr help personaly?


Contact customer support. Do provide them proof of the cancellation requests by taking screenshots of the order page.

Fiverr chat is available from 9 A.M. U.S. time. They usually help quickly.
If not then you can open a support ticket.
They’ve helped me cancelling such orders before.
