Im new, I ordered a gig. The seller speaks bad english, stayed vague after I asked him 5 times WHEN to expect the work, its been 6 days, for an urgent work !! He never asked questions about my needs nor the brand (Logo), Its a waste of my time and money. I sent a cancellation form. but do not want him to send me his work now, I just want to get my money back. HOW ? Thank you very much

As a experienced logo maker myself, this should not take 6 days, it should take two max, depending on how busy he is. He obviously seems uninterested in fulfilling your order. Send a message to customer support and they should be able to return the money to your account. Provide all the details you can to speed up the process and make their job easier. Then… Go find someone else who provides quality work.

I loathe an attitude like that. I get tired of people messaging me on Fiverr saying 'it is just a couple of articles. It should take 2 days max'. Plenty of things can happen which cause things to be longer. Based on what this person as I said, it does not look as though the seller it outside of his stated delivery time right now (otherwise he could have cancelled) so yeah...
Its not only because of the 6 days believe me. His whole attitude, etc. shows it all. Thank you guys for your help, HOWEVER when i clic on CANCEL, he refuses and keep saying, Im sending it to you soon please dont cancel, and 1st, he never does, 2nd, im not interested in receiving his work anymore. So what do I do ?? CHEERS
