Help ! Fake photos of his work

I am building an app, and I went through someone on Fiverr, who has amazing videos and photos of his work, he has 7 good reviews so I trusted him, and I wanted to help the beginners. But by surfing on youtube, I have seen the same videos, he took it from there… How do I report? will he be ban? how about my money ? I can see he lied because the work he provides to me is totally different and not the same quality at all. 😭

It depends. You’d have to prove that you ordered totally unique videos and/or prove that he stole them instead of buying templates purchased under commercial use for third-party resale.
