Help finding a Seller for 3D Effects

Hello! I’m DJ T.O. & I need help finding the right category for a seller that can do a 3D image moving effect to a pic. Thank you in advance!!

Try the “video and animation” category and whichever subcategory it shows there that you think is best. Maybe Visual Effects or Video Editing.

You could create a buyer request for it. I don’t know if it forces you to select a subcategory for it though.
