Help, How can I ask Fiverr to extend the date of ID Verification

Today I have been asked to verify my Fiverr ID, but the reason is that I do not have Identity Card in English language. Can I ask fiverr to extend the date of verification, so I can get my Identity card in English language. Your help is required in this regard.

Fiverr accepts ID cards not only in English, they accepts lot of languages. Try to verify.
